Key Accountabilities:
- Engage with customers directly to collaborate on achieving optimized mix designs.
- Foster relationships with local universities, technical institutes, and specifiers to drive growth and innovation.
TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES / KNOWLEDGE
- Experience in developing and applying diverse concrete mix designs.
- Utilization of a wide array of admixture and VAP (Viscosity-Admixture-Polycarboxylate) solutions to optimize concrete cost and performance, including Flow Concrete, Self-Consolidating Concrete (SCC), Ultra-High-Performance Concrete (UHPC), and more.
- Proficiency in formulating various admixtures to achieve desired concrete performance across different applications.
- Ability to create innovative solutions by analysing trial data on concrete performance with different admixture combinations.
- Knowledge of polymers and other raw materials for developing cost-effective and efficient admixture solutions.
