Job Description
The Group Consolidation Manager will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of the Group’s consolidated financial reporting. They must possess the expertise to serve as a trusted leader in instigating transformative changes across global operations to facilitate organizational growth and expansion. Given the current phase of rapid expansion and development within the group, the Group Consolidation Manager must be a highly motivated individual and self-starter capable of operating effectively at senior management levels within this dynamic entrepreneurial environment, ensuring that the finance function continuously delivers value.

Main Responsibilities
- Represent the organization to regulatory bodies, auditors, bankers, and third parties alongside the CFO and Corporate Finance Head.
- Assume responsibility for the Global Taxation and Transfer Pricing team once the new incumbent is established.
- Streamline inter-company and inter-country transactions to eliminate duplicate entries.
- Lead the production of high-caliber financial accounts and reports for both the Group and its subsidiaries worldwide.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards for financial reporting.
- Oversee the Group's multi-currency consolidation process, including complex joint venture accounting, for both internal management and statutory purposes.
- Collaborate with the Group Financial Planning Analyst to generate comprehensive consolidated reports for senior management.
- Review monthly Balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany reconciliations involving multiple currencies.
- Supervise the accounting functions for the Group's primary headquarters operations.
- Manage, enhance, and train users on the effective utilization of the Hyperion system to ensure accuracy.
- Implement and refine best practices processes and systems across the Group.
- Provide technical accounting expertise to operating businesses.
- Ensure group-wide tax compliance, encompassing corporate tax and GST/VAT/Income Tax, including the preparation of corporate tax packs and VAT returns with external advisory firms' support.
