Sr. Concrete Technologist
Job Description
This role has been created to have a clear link between Commercial and Technical functions also to create more visibility in India by conducting technical trials with the help of other team members & becoming a strong link between Internal & External stake holders.
- Experience: 12 to 15 years
- Responsibilities / KRAs:

Technical development and expertise (applications & products)
- Technical Support Coordination
- Definition and validation of technical assistance action plans in accordance to technical and commercial demands
- Validation of technical options before trials.
- Responsible for technical evolution of technical assistance and tools defined with Technical Director.
- Follow-up of field performance of new product developments (report and distribution).
Responsible for technical interface with Key Accounts
- Coordination of the actions according to strategy
- Keep updated records of history with Key Account (references, tests, laboratory studies)
- Guarantees the application of strategic product offering with Key Accounts, and maintains intelligence on the evolution of customer needs and competitive solutions.

Responsible of technical interface with R&D teams
- Guarantee coherence of lab requests from Sales & Marketing teams
- Define content of lab studies with R&D manager (benchmark, Technical assistance)
- Coordinate and define new R&D project for futuristic innovation and solution to critical challenges.
Additional Skills
- He should maintain the relationships with the existing/new customer to promote new solutions with high profitability
- Proficient in conducting successful technical trials and also helping the Commercial Team to convert trials/validations into regular orders.
- Facilitating cross functional relationships with R&D to focus on new product development.
- To communicate on a regular basis about the market, competition and help Business Head to attain the business objectives. Should be able to implement reporting tools with his team.
- Should be willing to travel extensively PAN India.
